    Hostal Express is a modern guesthouse which is situated in the Barrio de Gracia of Barcelona.

    It was renovated in 2011 and features 29 rooms with air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, individual safe and free Wi-Fi. Most of the rooms have a private bathroom and some of them a shared bathroom. Our multilingual staff will provide you with all of the necessary information about the most interesting places in town.

    We are located in one of the most picturesque zones of Barcelona, very close to the Passeig de Gracia. This area is the perfect staring point to discover the city and it is full of shops and monuments of different styles (Medieval, Modern and Avant-garde). Have a stroll along its streets and contemplate its beautiful cathedrals, the work of Gaudi and its wonderful beaches. ..Barcelona will enchant you at first glance!

    Barcelona is 170 km from Lleida, 100 km from Tarragona and 100 km from Girona.

    Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Contact details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

"I liked the design, minimal and clean. Everything automatic in the reception loved it, very efficient"

"I was in a room in the 3rd floor and I could listen everything that was happening in the street (drunk people, etc), also there is too much light in the room in the morning, maybe the curtains are not enough for those who are sensitive to light."

"Difficult to find. It's a normal block of flats and doesn't look like a hostel. There was nobody at the reception and I have to call a number and ask them how to get in because door was locked. We had to pay 2? to keep the bags in a locker the day we were leaving."
