- "Exceptionally helpful staff - provided expert advice on sightseeing, arranged for pick-up/return to airport, and coordinated a superb day outing with a local tour company. Breakfast staff were cheerful and hospitable, and the rooms were spotless every day. Location is outstanding."

- "Location is perfect. It is close to Avenida Metro station just 3 minutes walk. You could get a train there to the airport with one line change at Sao Sebastia. The city centre is only 10 minutes walk. There is a good restaurant nearby called Ribadouro. The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. In the reception these guys Hugo and Karim are the best. We arrived an hour early in the hotel and Hugo was there in the reception. He is a very nice guy and kind to let us check in early. He gave us useful information on where to eat and sight seeing tour. Karim helped me find football tickets to watch Benfica play Leverkusen in the Europa League. I got a complimentary bottle of champagne with bunch of grapes and chocolates when we got back in the evening as it was my birthday. Breakfast food choices are good. The hotel room is clean. The room size is just right with extra large bed. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel and enjoyed our holiday in Lisbon."
