Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. - "I like Alcossebere and wanted a hotel with free parking in this area. I liked the pool, the room was basic but airconditioning worked ok so comfort was high."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and it is sad that practically no investment was made since that time. Same old tiles, tubs, taps etc. Now a little more cracked."

- "Located quite centrally. Relatively cheap.
We did not make use of the hotel's facilities, so we cannot judge." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Late check-in: we requested an early check-in and, apart from not receiving any answer, we were told upon arrival that we could only check in from 17:00 onwards. It is clearly stated in the conditions, but if you are only staying one day, it would have been convenient to be able enter a bit earlier."
