Denia Meeting Point Youth Hostal is situated in the town centre of Denia. It turns out that it is a completely restored Valencian tosca stone house only a stone´s throw from Denia´s most emblematic street, Marques de Campo, where the shops, banks and most typical and traditional bars in the town are located, and where you can enjoy either a nice breakfast or just a few drinks.
You are very close to the beaches and the maritime port from where you can catch the ferry that takes you to Ibiza and back at very economic rates and by doing that prolonging your holiday a bit more.
In Denia you can avail of a wide choice of leisure activities especially water sports, you will find yourself very close to the yacht club, nearby you can also go on excursions by boat, go on a sail boat or rowing boat, do kite surfing, wind surfing, jet skiing and kayak. On the other hand , you can try your hand at risk and adventure sports such as trips into the Montgo National Park, climbing, rafting, canyoning, hiking and much more.
The location of the hostel is such that it is easy to find and within easy reach of airports, bus and train stations.
Once at the Hostal you will be able to enjoy all the facilities and comforts there including air conditioning, lockers, safes, our travellers´ chill-out area, etc.
The ground floor comprises reception area, unisex toilet and a bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, cable television and Wifi internet connection in all areas. When you have checked in you can use your electronic card key you can gain access to all communal areas as well as your bedroom which is located on the same floor or the upper one.
The ground floor also comprises 2 dormitories for 6 people, each one with a toilet and lockers in each dormitory, a storage room to leave your luggage and safes where you can deposit personal items of value. We also have available 4 complete individual bathrooms, 2 for gentlemen, one with provision made for the handicapped (our Hostal has accesses of all different kinds) and 2 for ladies one of them also with provision made for handicapped people. Then there is our large interior patio complete with ´chill out´ area where you can relax, chat and enjoy the nice gentle breeze there.
On the upper floor where you can gain access to rooms only by using your electronic card key, there are 4 more dormitories, one for six people, one for ten people complete with WC and two more for twelve people, all with their own balcony, individual lockers and skylights in the roofs, plus two complete bathrooms, one for ladies and the other for gentlemen, complete with 3 shower / dressing rooms.
Please do not forget that you can also avail of the following facilities: the use of washing-machines and tumble-dryers, the hire of towels, sheets, Nordic duvets plus duvet covers and the use of an iron and ironing-board. If you are coming from Alicante you have to take the AP7 motorway in the direction of Valencia while if you are coming from Valencia you go on the same motorway, but this time you go in the direction of Alicante and follow the sign ´Alicante por la costa´ (Alicante coast road), otherwise you might get lost. Choose exit 62 in both cases just before which you will see the sign for Denia-Ondara. Follow the signs to Denia and look for the sign ´centro ciudad´ (town centre). Once you are there look/ask for Calle (street) Marques de Campo at the bottom of which you can park, look for Calle Sandunga which is the 2nd last street on the right coming up from the port and make your way to no. 50 where you will find Denia Meeting Point. If you are coming from Denia railway station you cross a street where there is a car park on the opposite side, you carry along the road to the right of the car park and take another sharp right where you will see the Denia Tourist Office just in front of you, cross the road there and continue a short distance until you see the roundabout, then turn left before it where you will find the Red Cross which is where Marques de Campo ends. You cross Marques de Campos and look for Calle Sandunga no.50 and less than half way down it you will find Denia Meeting Point.
