- "In the hotelinformation on Booking.com, it said that the hotel had a swimmingpool, which was not correct. The pool was dirty and not in use. The gps coordinates did not work for finding the hotel. When checking out, there were no staff available. No invoice was presented. Payment had to be in cash and we did not get any receipt."
