Las habitaciones del Condes de Barcelona ofrecen un menú de almohadas, TV LCD vía satélite y caja fuerte para portátiles. Tienen vistas al Passeig de Gràcia o a un bonito patio del Eixample. Algunas habitaciones cuentan con un pequeño balcón.
Los menús de los restaurantes del hotel han sido creados por el chef de fama mundial Martín Berasategui. El Lasarte sirve cocina gourmet en un ambiente íntimo, mientras que el bistró Loidi ofrece un menú a buen precio. - "No wi fi in our initial room. They then changed us to another which stunk of smoke!"

- "There was no facility for tea/coffee making in the rooms and breakfast menu was minimal compared to the rates charged."

- "Room was clean, modern and a good size. Close to Casa Battlo and La Pedrera."

- "Although the room looked really neat, it was not very functional . No bath. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor and into passageway. Very little storage space. For the same price we should have booked somewhere in the old city closer to everything we wanted tro see and do."
