Is there anything you didn't like?
"Since it was winter, the two small turtles were unfortunately hibernating, and not in the patio."

What did you like the most?
"The house and hosts are fabulous. Beautiful old building full of
character in the heart of the Albaycin with rooms arranged round a
courtyard full of greenery. There's a lovely wooden sofa/couch on an
open verandah with views of the Alhambra, and another underneath the
verandah, facing onto the courtyard. Both get full sun until after
midday. My room was elegantly simple and tastefully decorated, with old
terracotta tiles, a superbly comfortable bed, nice artwork on the walls
and lovely old wooden furniture (North African?). The bathroom was fine,
with an efficient shower and plentiful hot water. There's also a
kitchenette, so I was able to make early morning tea and coffee, to
drink with the french windows open to the balcony, facing the sun and
the Alhambra. There is sufficient kitchen equipment to make simple
meals, but the joy of being in the Albaycin is exploring the back
streets and finding neighbourhood bars and restaurants serving wonderful
food and tapas.
The owners were extremely friendly, welcoming and informative, and very good company."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Nothing - everything was perfect."

What did you like the most?
"Fantastic location looking up towards the Alhambra. A little tricky to
find but well worth it. Our host was very helpful, nothing was too much
trouble. Beautiful courtyard garden, complete with tortoises! Would
definately go again."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"A bit awkward to find as it is tucked away in the old town, even the taxi driver was a bit confused. Not recommended if you were infirm or disabled."

What did you like the most?
"I have mixed feelings. The room was very nice, gorgeous furniture and
with a lovely little balcony. The house itself was very impressive. The
location was good and the view of the Alhambra was stunning."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"However, this is not, by any means, a luxury hotel, far more like staying in someone's house (you are very aware of the pet dog, noisy children preparing for school, household chores going on). This was a shame and for the expense I had expected more (I.E. products in the bathroom, someone to clean the room/tidy every day (this did not happen once over our multi night stay)). The owners were ok, good pre-arrival help although we didn't even meet the lady of the house until the evening of our final stay. Certainly not value for money. Because of this, I don't think I could recommend it which is sad given the quality of the view and the building as a whole."
