The hotel Regio is located in one of the main roads of Cadiz, in a shopping area, 1000 meters away from the Palace of Congress, 800 meters away from the Ramón de Carranza Stadium, and just 100 meters away from the beach Victoria.
This accommodation features 44 rooms, all of them with views all over a garden area. Each room has heating and air conditioning, TV, telephone, a bathroom with a hairdryer, and a safety box. Most of the rooms have a big balcony.

- "Close to beach. Busstop into Cadiz centre close to hotel. Hotel familyroom was ok. Good breakfast. Nice city."

- "Little overpaid familyroom. Not all the receptionist equally friendly. Check your last bus out of centre towards hotel."

- "The staff was very friendly and helpful, as long as I was able to communicate with them. Most of the staff spoke good or decent English, so for the most part that was not a problem.
The hotel is located some distance from the historical Old Town, but you can get there on foot in about 20 - 25 min (if you are fit) or by taking a bus, which stops just down the street on a regular basis and is quite cheap (?1.1 for a one-way ticket). The hotel is however very close to one of the major beaches in Cadiz.
Some rooms have a nice little balcony. Mine did not, but some of my friends' rooms did. Ask for one of those if you can." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The rooms are not very well isolated against noise from other rooms or the hallway. That proved to be some challenge from me in the morning, as I would wake up quite early from the sound of staff cleaning the rooms next to me or people talking in the corridors and stairway outside my room. But to be fair, I am a light sleeper and might have been troubled more by this than most."

- "115 Euro for 3 stars hotel too much. Small bed for two people."
