Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 7 days prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Right in the centre of Potes, nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Poorly equipped kitchen. Would have needed to bring most of your own knives, tin openers, cork screws etc if you wanted to cook. No hot water! (Or very little). To get hot water in the kitchen you needed to run the bath at the same time - bizarre!"

- "Central location in Potes with balcony view over town. Great mattress in
the cot that the owner supplied - better than normal uk travel cot.
Parking directly outside." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Quite small, we had a family of 5 in a 2 bedroom apartment. Advertised as being for 6 because there was a futon in living room, but you wouldn't want to use it. So we had the 3 kids in one room, which was ok but not ideal. Thin walls - some noise at night but it didn't keep us awake."

- "There was a lot of room for 4 and a nice balcony. The location was perfect in town and quiet."

- "We didn't have hot water in shower. The beds were old and soft but for the price the beds were fine."
