Is there anything you didn't like?: "the sheets were clean but the matress looked old and the pillows were very thin and uncomy"

What did you like the most?: "This is definately no ***** hotel, but for it's price it is great! The location, so near Times Square is of course terrific. The rooms and the bathrooms are very sober, but clean. The big plus for this hotel is the staff. They make you feel very welcome and at home. They try to put the single travelling women together (but they can't guarantee it), lend me an umbrella and are really interested in your experiences. They definately know what service is!"
