- "The rate was unbelievably low, especially with a full, buffet style hot breakfast. The location couldn't be better, nestled between the I-4 and The Fla Turnpike. For the money, the best hotel I've ever stayed at."

- "We did not enjoy our stay at Best Western Plus Universal Inn
Room was average and staff not very helpful and rude. We chose it also for the location to the Universal Studios but it is not that close at all. Also did say that there is a shuttle to the worlds but when we arrived we found out they do not transport to Disney world so we have to make our own way there. This needs to be specified." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We chose the Best Western because it did have good reviews and good price with breakfast included. The breakfast was average. Choices limited and not very good."

- "I enjoyed the stay however, when I checked out there were extra fees added to my bill. I was quoted a price plus whatever taxes I had to pay which I thought was alright but I was charged an extra fee per night for safe and resort fees which I feel was unfair...I Would recommend Best Western but I will also make sure they contact you to see if there are hidden fees in the price of the hotel room."
