What did you like the most?: "For a 4 star hotel, we didn't find anything particularly good."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We found the breakfast a little poor - the selection was ok but the service was poorly organised. We had a problem with noise from the neighbouring room in the night (seemed like the bar downstairs had closed and they were continuing things there). The night staff did sort it out for us after we'd called down twice, but weren't very polite about it. Finally the hotel advertises a commitment do being 'green', but the maid ignored how we'd left the towels and changed them all anyway - we would have preferred if she'd dusted instead!"

What did you like the most?: "The location was convenient for our trip by car, it was on the way to the next destination and also close to Milan center by tram 16."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "It would be nicer not to put perfume or air cleaner, the smell was very strong when we entered the room."
