- What did you like the most?
- "The room is spacious! Our 3 yr old daughter likes it, as She has space
to play and run around, the hotel is nice, my husband and daughter had a
great time playing in the big chess game at the top. We just walked From
lourdes station to the hôtel, not that far, you will enjoy the
surroundings anyway so you wont get tired." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Maybe only for the receptionists ,, they must be friendly, helpful and not so serious."

- "They accommodated my requests. It was a good deal where continental breakfast included in the room rate. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. The internet connection was quite good which can be accessed from the room and it's free. The staff during our check-in was very helpful and gave us the direction as well as the map to get to the sanctuary along with the timetable. Nice view from the room facing the river."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I couldn't sleep well, as it was too noisy. Noise coming from the corridor, the room above and the running water when it's being used by others. Room and bathroom are too small."
