- "Beautifully designed, fairly new and spaceous. Staff very helpful, easy to access on the metro."

- "Location a bit of a hike from the centre."

- "Nice staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, big lockers in the room. Everything in the hostel is brand new, 5-7 minutes walk from Metro Station. The staff is very polite, they gave us directions for all the attractions we wanted to visit. Really nice experience."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The only, but big, disadvantage of this hostel is its location. Not far from a metro station, but, at any rate, not central. Since the metro of Bilbao does not work after midnight, taxi is your only option in case that you want to come back after this time (costs 8-10 euro). Far from restaurants etc. Some of the staff members speak poor english. When travelling in Spain, speaking some spanish always helps a lot."

- "The breakfast buffet is very good with wide variety which is quite uncommon in hostel. The room is very spacious, the 4 bed dorm I stayed can actually fit in 8 beds. The hostel is extremely clean and safe, staffs are very helpful and speak English."
