- "no facilities for hot drinks hence poor for value eg. kettle in room"

- "This was a smart and clean hotel. We had a balcony which had great views
towards the city and the park. Good sized room." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel was a little dated and the bed was really uncomfortable. The breakfast was very poor with just one person trying to keep the food re- stocked and everything in order. The staff were friendly and spoke good english, but it did seem a bit too relaxed. The receptionist was missing when we arrived and a cleaner had to go and find her for us to check in."

- "The stay was very enjoyable and everything went smoothly. I would stay at this hotel again if I went to Lisbon in the future."

- "The Internet did not work on the upper floors. We had to sit in the lobby to have proper access. The room (5th floor) was quite noisy (street, noise from other rooms)."
