What did you like the most?: Very clean comfortable beds bathroom lock and light not working - put
right immediately.
We only stayed here for 3 days as the pool ruptured and we were moved to Sun Tropical - we liked this better but it still had no oven in a self catering room. The receptionist Joanne was extremely helpful and helped with our move.

What did you like the most?: Been Here many times,consistantly good & great value for money hotel, good location about 20 minute walk to either Marina or Old town in other direction. Only had breakfasts but there was plenty of everything.

What did you like the most?: It was better than we expected given the price. The staff were pleasant. We always go self catering for our breakfast, and eat out, and the kitchenette was adequately stocked. The apartment was big enough for the 2 of us. Yes they could do with an upgrade, and it wouldn't cost a lot to change a few little things. But when I asked for new equipment the room maid replaced it straight away.

What did you like the most?: Well designed complex with a variety of archetectural features that make it visually atractive .Clean spacious well desiged rooms that offer privacy due to the stagered balconies . Staff efficient helpful and friendly .Reception desk very accomodating. Well equiped kitchen for self catering guests. No experience of the restaurant but appeared to be busy.Have stayed before and will definitly stay again.

What did you like the most?: Great hotel - excellent value for money. Pools, rooms and all areas were
kept very clean and the free air con was a blessing in 40 degree heat.
Food on the All Inclusive deal was very good and plenty of choice.
Childrens' ice creams and named/branded alcohol drinks not included
which is fair enough for the price you pay. Children can have as much
ice cream as they want at lunch and dinner and local drinks ie gin,
bacardi, vodka etc are included but personally we drank the wines/beer
which we enjoyed. Overall predominantly spanish guests so entertainment
more geared towards them but the entertainment staffed worked hard to
include the brits.

What did you like the most?: This is the second time we have stayed at the Sun Royal. We found it
good value for the money. The rooms are well equipped for those who wish
to self cater although we were all inclusive. The beds were very
comfortable. Although about 60% of the guests were Spanish there were
many Enlish families as well and all the staff spoke English and English
tastes were catered for in the restuarant, as well as continentals. The
food was varied with hot and cold choices and there was plenty of it.

What did you like the most?: This is a great location half way between the New Marina and the Old Town.
This, hotel like most in Palya Blanca, appears to be struggling during the current financial crisis but the freindly staff work hard to maintain the standards. The 1 bed appartment we stayed in could do with refirbishment but everything was functional and spotlessly clean so it wasn't an issue.
Fantastic value for money.
