Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 7 days prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel direclty whose details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Hot water was only at the beginning so when the second of us went to take a shower he had cold water, when the third went to take a shower, water was freezing. Not really a good way to finsh a very tiring day."
