- "I think the girl who made our check is was named Ursula was very nice polite and a beautiful lady - who let us check in 2 hrs earlier than the normal time - very big Thanks for that !"

- "The flat wasnt very well cleaned !!! The door from the living room wasnt closing - so no privacy for my parents!!! There was no soap provided , the sink in the bathroom was dirty and there was oil on some of the plates ! Really Bad !!! But the worst thing is - The Noise!!! U cant sleep in this building !!! First the pipes - if someone goes to the wc u could here the water flashing all the way through!!! And the one think i dint get is there is a machine/device not sure what was it in the building witch was making very bad and loud noise every night at ...Midnight for at list 30 min !!! This is Outrages !!!"

- "Apartment is a bit bigger than I expected, especially the bedroom. The girl who checked us in was friendly. Located in a fantastic location. It's got a lift which is handy when travelling with kids. Bedding is comfortable."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Barely any kitchen eqipment. Bathroom could do with a very good clean. No view, you look into other peoples apartment. Not enough toilet roll provided. When you arrive, you have to wait 20-30 mins for someone to let you in so probably best to call the property in advance."

- "Not enough toilet roll, no one open the door once we reach need to call them before reach. A bite noisy at night. Overall still great"
