"Receptionist did send me any email about how to get the keys.So if you are not called, you do it yourself."

"The apartment in good location"
Is there anything you didn't like?
"There had been water problems in the downstairs bedroom area and the smell of mould was over powering for our whole stay. We should not have accepted the apartment due to this and it should not be let in its current state. Very disappointing and unhealthy"
