Our apartment was only a few minutes walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station - and the metro makes it extremely easy to get around (would recommend it over the bus). If we had any problems the staff were more than happy to help in any way they could."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The address of our actual apartment was not provided to us (probably as the result of a miscommunication somewhere along the line) before arrival, and as such as ended up walking for 15 minutes in the opposite direction - towards the main offices for the company that manages the apartment! After a few phone calls both we and the member of staff we were talking with realised what had happened and set us in the right direction."

- "The company that manages this and many other apartments is Urban Flats Valencia, www.urbanflatsvalencia.com. The service the company gave was excellent. They picked me up from the metro station and walked me to the apartment. I had trouble connecting to the wifi (turns out it was a problem with my computer) and they sent a technician to help. I wanted to stay an extra night and since this apartment was already booked they offered another place and to transfer my things for me. They also have a laundry service for free and will take your clothes to the laundry. The apartment is large; it would be ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. I think 6 adults would be the max as the living room is not that big. It has a very nice balcony and the apartment is located close to the old town. We ate on the balcony every meal, it was wonderful!! The heating works great, the kitchen is well equiped and there's cable TV and wifi. The location was great, right next to the Torres del Quart."

- "The apartment could be made better if it had some more interior design. It had white walls and basic furnishings. Also some of the pictures on booking.com are from a different apartment, to see the apartment this listing describes go to this link: http://www.urbanflatsvalencia.com/apartamentos/turia. It was a little far from the metro but that was owing to its proximity to the old town."
