- "no broom, no rubbish bags (and no indication what to do with rubbish) and insufficient cleaning products (I dropped a glass jar and there was nothing to clean up the mess)."

- "Facilities were lacking - no kettle, no wine glasses, corkscrew was almost unusable, oven didn't work, beds weren't great."
