- What did you like the most?
- "Location - something away from the tourist hotspots, but within easy
reach of interesting places. The bus station is a few minutes walk away
and you can easily get to Puerto de la Cruz (30 mins) and Santa Cruz (1
hour) using the bus service. The apartment itself served its purpose -
which was a base from which to head out to other places of interest. It
was comfortable enough, but don't expect luxury." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No corkscrew - though there is one now in 6a as we left ours there. Noise from other apartment users - I think there was a large group of people staying in several apartments along our floor and there were times when they had their doors open, they were in and out of each others apartments and chattering loudly in the corridor. Noisy doorbells. Beds not particularly comfy."

- "The apartments are located in a quiet zone and well communicated with
the cities of the island. A very convenient thing is having Mercadona
supermarket one minute away (downstairs of a commercial centre). Despite
having read that some users heard noise from other apartments, we had a
very quiet stay," - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Apartment is not useful: some basic equipment was missing, such dishtowels, dust clothes or a colander for pasta. There was no place to put the soap in the shower rather than the floor, the fridge was very small (not enough for a family), the sofa was extremely uncomfortable (everything from Ikea, but they also have comfortable sofas...), a cupboard was broken, and we had a washing machine but any place to put the wet clothes. Cleaning was not good enough. It's disappointing because the place is nice and the apartment seems good. A good stay anyway, but worse than the expected because of this details."

- "The bought breakfast was not available on Sunday (closed caffeteria), otherwise it was poor. The reception was closed, when we arrived. After a phone call, a lady who did not speak English came and helped us. The room was not prepared, when we entered it."
