These comfortable and fully-equipped apartments are housed in a refurbished 19th century modernist building in the centre of Valencia.
All of the apartments have been individually decorated combining elegant furnishings and are equipped to accommodate up to four people. Two of the apartments are duplex and have an attic with Japanese bed and sun terrace.
Torres Quart and the Botanical Gardens are only a few metres away and are also very well-connected to the transport network. The central bus station is nearby.

What did you like the most?: Great location. Very near to the city centre and most attractions. Mrs Elvira was very helpful and gave us lots of tips and information about transport, eating ecc.
We booked a double room and got an apartment for the same money!
Towels are changed every 3 days.

What did you like the most?: The apartments were great, clean and had all that you need for a relaxed city break. The location could not have been better . It was possible to walk to all the places in the Old town, and the staff were helpful .

What did you like the most?: A very warm welcome from Elvira Chagas. Extremely helpful information
regarding local transport. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre of the
city. Excellent value for money with all that we needed, including
private patio with table & chairs.

What did you like the most?: Very close to the city centre and public transport. I liked the fact
that the room had a terrace - was nice to sit outside in the
evenings. And I appreciated the airconditioning, the fridge, the
microwave and wi fi.

What did you like the most?: Apartamentos Botanico 29 ticked all the boxes for us. Staff were
friendly, very helpful and spoke English. Clean. Close to Metro and the
Old Town and either a bus or metro journey to beach. No lift but after
all the tapas the excersise was welcome!! Excellent value for money and
we would stay there again

What did you like the most?: The location is great, close to Carmen, nightlife and restaurants. The
staff is nice and helpfull and the check in was fast. There was a fridge
and free wi-fi in the room ( living room only at room 202) I would stay
here again.
