Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Playa Sol II was a great hotel, it was cheap and definitely worh the money. It has a good location between the city of Ibiza and Platja den Bossa, and was also walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The hotel was also nearby to the bus station which goes directly to the airport. The room was clean and had everything you needed, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

- "The rooms are big, the kitchen is ok. The cleaning is good. Every day new towels."

- "The internet cost 40 euro/week and I haven't signal in my room. The mattress is not comfortable."

- "The location was great, so close to the sea. The balcony was a good size and the apartment was well laid out. The staff were excellent - both the reception staff and the cleaners. They take security seriously and there are notices everywhere and CCTV."

- "There was some noise at night from guests, mainly groups of young people, returning after a night out but this is Ibiza and if you stay so close to big clubs this is inevitable."

- "very good value for money, well located, staff were real nice, we could leave our luggage for the last day and use the shower facilty before going back to the airport."

- "the kitchen is a little poor, no microwave,and very little utensils, the shower is a little old the rooms need ventilation"
