What did you like the most?: Management response to initial criticism of bed comfort was excellent and immediate. sent it by Jan

What did you like the most?: Nothing, I will never rent this apartment again. The hotel staff did not speak a word English and was not friendly at all. The cleaning in the room was awful and specially the bathroom and the shower. I will not recommend this apartment for non of my colleagues or friends.
The price I have paid for the room is not equal to the service I have received. I should have stayed at the other hotel room I had the first 20 days in Madrid. sent it by Antonio

living room and badroom and with kitchen. There was fridge with freezer,
