    All 35 rooms are fully equipped with heating, free WiFi, bathroom with hair dryer, tv, air conditioning safe deposit box and telephone. 14 of these rooms are duplexes and many others have a living room and/or a view of the Alhambra.

    Each of the two buildings have a beautiful patio decorated with Renaissance frescoes. The Hotel Palacio de Santa Inés offers various other services such as meeting rooms, cafeteria and laundry service.

    Centered in the “Albaicin” (Arab Quarter ) you will have a spectacular view of the Alhambra and within a few meters will find the main tourist and cultural attractions of the city.

  • Getting there

    The access by car is difficult because the building is built in the old city;narrow streets and restricted traffic at some hours. We recommend you to leave the car in a public park; ( For example, the Neptuno Park) Driving on the highway, take the exit number 129;outside,there's a roundabout from wich you can go directly to the Neptuno public Park. It costs 18 euros per day. It will be necessary to take a taxi from the free park ( its just 10 minutes, but its a bit uncomfortable to walk with luggage).

    Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel directly, which details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

"- very small bedroom (room 11) - avoid this room if you don't like too many stairs in hot weather! - very small double bed - cramped - no lift & no handrail from 2nd to 3rd floor - no complimentary water"
