- "We came here to watch the Valdezcaray stage of La Vuelta a Espana and had a wonderful stay. Upon checking in, the owners were very thorough in showing us around the hotel and making sure all of our questions were answered. The room was quiet, clean, and had a unique character, with easy walking access to town. We found Ezcaray to be a great mountain town from which to experience La Rioja, and all of the hotel staff at La Cuculla really went out of their way to make their guest's stay comfortable."
