- "Misleading location, the location is not the same as shown in the map. It's far away from the shown location around 20 min walking. Also , there is no services at all as there is no lobby. Generally it's extremely disappointed."

- "The place is run down. We had a bottom floor, which was stuffy. But we were not in the room long to really care."

- "I had cancelled one Night and still did not get an answer about the refund. There was no Sofa in the room. Instead another bed which was not that cosy. Description of the appartment slightly different to actual."

- "I had booked a two bedroom apartment especially, as I was sharing with my daughter and her boyfriend. They provided us with a one bedroom apartment and were not able to move us to a two bedroom one. (This was at midnight so we were in no mood to continue arguing). Luckily there were only 3 of us rather than 6 which a two bedroom apartment can sleep which could have caused a problem. We did get money back the following day (Saturday). Initially the receptionist said that it would have to wait until Monday before they could sort out a refund as they needed to contact the owner/manager. However, after asking to fill in the official Government Complaint Form they quickly sorted out the refund. (They do not like the bureaucracy involved if you go down that line)"
